Kingdon Drag Races

With drag strips becoming increasingly rare, Kingdon is one of the few remaining tracks in California. As the automotive world continues to evolve, opportunities to experience the raw power of loud, high-horsepower, gas-powered machines are becoming less common.

This was my first time photographing drag racing, and it was an unforgettable experience. The smell of race fuel, the thunder of the engines, and the electric atmosphere combined to create an adrenaline rush unlike anything I've experienced before. For any motorsport’s enthusiast, it's an event that truly has to be experienced in person.
